These terms apply when you use this website or buy books from Jaquar Online Book.
1. Seller

2. Products
We sell physical books. Website prices and sample tickets are illustrations only. The final title, edition, language, condition and price are those we confirm on WhatsApp before you pay.
3. Orders
- An order is accepted only after we confirm stock and you agree the payable amount.
- If a title is out of stock, we will tell you. You may choose another title or cancel with no charge.
- We may refuse orders that appear fraudulent or incomplete.
4. Payment
Payment is as agreed at confirmation (for example UPI or cash on delivery where offered). Do not share OTPs, PIN or full card details on chat.
5. Delivery
We pack from Sarita Vihar, Delhi. Delivery time depends on your pin code and courier. We share an estimate after you give a complete address. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provided.
6. Returns and refunds
- If we send the wrong title or a damaged copy, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund the book price as agreed.
- Opened books in good saleable condition may be returned only if we agree in writing, and shipping may be deducted.
- Refunds, where due, are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
7. Intellectual property
Book content belongs to the authors and publishers. We sell legitimate copies. This website’s layout and text belong to Jaquar Online Book.
8. Limitation
We are not liable for indirect loss, or for how you use the information inside a book. Our liability for a proven defect is limited to the price you paid for that book.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
